i have a 1998 honda civic lx and every time i turn on my ac it has trouble idling and it boggs down when i drive it ??? what could be the problem ??? !!!!! plzzzzz i need help asap its HOT in TEXAS !!!!

 

Condenser fan not working. Fan should run all the time the compressor is engaged. If the fan doesn't work, the pressure gets too high when the car is sitting still, making the compressor hard to turn and bogging down the engine. When the car is moving the A/C can still work normally even without the fan since the car moving forces air through the condenser.
