Default Door Molding? Water problem...

What is this part in the picture below? I get water on the inside of my front doors whenever it rains and it ruined my speakers. The place that put the new speakers in told me this is where the rain is likely coming in.

Here is a link to where I'm sure I can get the part, but what number(s) parts do I need to get?

So replacing that won't fix the problem? The molding on the passenger side looks much better than the drivers side and there's no leaking on the passenger side.

I can almost guarantee its the rubber seal right behind the molding, from the pics i can see that its cracked and dryrotted.

Oh, so the weather strip and the molding are two separate pieces? I figured the molding had the stripping on the back of it.

I don't like bumping, but I really want to get this fixed and I'm not sure what parts I need.
