Yeah, we need to know what parts you need so we can tell you where to find them. Some are easier than others.

There are 3 JDM D15B's. OBD0 non-VTEC, OBD1 VTEC, and OBD2 3-stage VTEC. Well, there is also a VTEC-E one but it's extremely uncommon.

He probably has the OBD1 VTEC, as he has an OBD1 car, and they are also the most popular D15B. Your D15B is the OBD2 version. So, it's a little different.

So, OP... the OBD1 D15B is a pretty odd engine. Most of the parts in it are unique to the OBD1 D15B... it's kind of difficult to figure out exactly what will fit.

For the head, you can use all the same parts as a D16Z6 (the OEM part numbers are different, but Z6 springs/retainers/valves will work)... except for the cam. The JDM D15B cam is overall about 4.75º retarded when compared to the D16Z6 cam.
So, to use a D16Z6 cam in your D15B engine you need to use a D16Z6 adjustable cam gear to retard the cam about 4.75º. This way you can still use the markings on the cam gear to set the head to TDC. Go with reputable cam gear brands only, as knock-offs sometimes have incorrect markings on the gear.
OR, you can use an OEM D16Y8 cam gear and to set the head to TDC with this you will turn the cam gear so that the "UP" mark on the cam gear is 1 tooth to the right of being straight up... however, this can make things confusing and more difficult than they need to be so I recommend just using an adjustable cam gear if you choose to use a cam made for a D16Z6. You will thank me later when you go to adjust the valve lash and all the cam timing marks are correct because you followed my advice.

But, Bisimoto makes a few D15B specific cams... so using these are your best bet, as you won't have to fool with the timing at all to get it set to TDC properly. Also, you'll get more power out of these cams than a Z6 cam because of the D15B cam's longer lobe separation. However, if you plan on getting a tune (recommended for anything above stage 1 cam... and definitely if you are changing bore/piston/rod specs) you still may want an adjustable cam gear so that your tuner can adjust it as he sees necessary.

Here is a great link with lots of D15B engine internals' Honda part numbers. The rest of that thread in the link has a lot more information, worth the read. Here are the highlights:

JDM D15B (OBD1) parts are interchangeable with:

D15Z1 block casting
D15B-unique crankshaft (it is basically a D15Z1 crank with D16Z6 rod journals... this is partially why D16Z6 rods and rod bearings fit)
D15Z1 piston rings
D15B-unique pistons (piston diameter is equal to that of the D15Z1, but i'm not sure about the height and such... you have to be careful with your valve-piston clearances)
D16Z6 rods
D16Z6 rod bearings
D15B7 main bearings

D16Z6 head studs/head bolts
D16Z6 head gasket
D15Z1 timing belt (Honda part 14400-P08-004) (103 tooth belt)
D16Z6 timing belt tensioner (D15B timing belt tensioner is slightly different but D16Z6 tensioner will work)
D16Z6 oil pump
D15Z1 water pump
D16Z6 oil pan (or any 92-95 D-series engine)

D16Z6 head casting
D15B-unique camshaft... D16Z6 cam will fit if you retard the cam by 4.75º with an adjustable cam gear.
D16Z6 valves
D16Z6 valve springs
D16Z6 retainers
D16Z6 valve seals

NGK ZFR6J-11 Spark Plugs
D16Z6 spark plug wires
D16Z6 distributor

D16Z6 P28 ECU (actual ECU it comes with is a JDM P08, but this is nearly impossible to find and P28 will work fine instead)
D16Z6 O2 sensor
D16Z6 fuel injectors

P.S. When researching, beware of people who think they know what they are talking about but they really don't. For example, many people say that Z6 and D15B cams are identical. This is false.
Also remember that JDM parts will often have a different part number even if the part is physically the same as its USDM counterpart with a different part number.

credibility of my post:
I have a D15B head on a D16Z6 block. I went through all of this crap already. Researched like crazy and learned what I could.
