Rear Fold Down Seats

Rear Fold Down Seats
I have a question about the 2009 Honda Civic. What is the difference between a rear folding seat and for the LX and below and the 60/40 fold down seats for the EX? I currently own a 2005 Civic LX and I think it has the 60-40 rear seat split that leads to the trunk (there's a key hole in the back, I turn it one way and then the other and the seat folds forward). I am just mistaken on the lingo or did Honda decide that people would pay nearly 5K more for seats inside access to the trunk and a button to remotely open said trunk?

he asks because he likes to make useless posts (it's obvious you're looking to get the latest model). he does it a lot.
anyway... i'm pretty sure it's just some fancy lingo for the same damn thing they've always done. lol

60/40 seats are split seats.
Howdy -[first post here].
I'll skip the introduction and get right to the point
The "Fold back" seat is one large seat that folds forward onto the car, and has a trunk-accessible release on every model. The DX/DX-G models do not split and the seat bench is one unit and must be folded down at the same time.
The 60/40 is a seat that flips out on either the left side and the center (60%) and the right side (40%) - both left and right flip seats are accessible from the back.
Applications of this - at least to my benefit of the car I'm buying this week - having a third person in the car, while I fold down 40% of the rear seats and allow for snowboard transport.
