Default si wheels

im buying some 99-00 si wheels...what size tires should i get? 195-50 or what? what do the stock Si come with?

Yes. they were made for the 99-00 Si, and it has the same bolt pattern as the ex as well as ride height(i think)

I think they would look nice, I love to stick with stock alloy rims whenever possible, it just looks neato, and I noticed someone posted a nice little $10.00 wheel makeover thing under rims or somewhere, I will likely be using that idea to touch up some rims in the future.

15's will probably be a perfect upgrade, they won't really interfear with any of your steering or shock abilities.

Know what kinda tires you are after?
