Default Waxing wheels/Care of wheels

Does anyone wax their wheels? Wheels with a clear coat, that is. If so, do you think it will keep wheels looking nice, with no flaking of the clear coat over the years?
Does anyone have a suggestion how to keep my sweet (brand new) wheels looking great? I have been saving for two years for nice, quality wheels and I want them to look great for a long, long time

Poorboy's Wheel Sealant or Wheel Wax. I've heard good things about Poorboy's and I've actually used Wheel Wax, I thought it worked good but not overly impressed with it to where I'll keep on buying it. Now I just use my regular car wax (Meg's #26) and polish them with a wheel polish like Mother's billet. Just putting regular wax on them helps I can tell a difference with a fresh waxing

Thanks for the kind words. I just use Armor All on my tires. Give them a good scrubbing with a tire brush, some degreaser and then apply dressing. I don't like a shiny gooey look to my tires anymore. I prefer more of a matte look with a slight sheen.

What do you mean by dressing? Like "NO TOUCH" spray that foams and dissappears?

^^ Dressing is simply whatever you put on your wheels for protection or shine. Whether it be foam, gel, spray, or liquid... all are referred to as tire dressing.

i always wax my rims, makes the brake dust come off that much easier. i even put it on the back side of the rim, then every couple months i take the rims off and clean both sides of the tires and wheels.

i dont use tire shine on my tires either. i use turtle wax 2K1, very similar to armor all with less grease IMO.
