Default Thinking about purchasing an eg6, and need opinons

I am considering purchasing this as my get around car, and was wondering if this was a good buy. My friend had this car for about a year and a half, and had the engine swap done by a good shop (Autolink). She had most of the mods done herself, and she is pretty meticulous when i comes to cars, so i assume she took care of the car. Here are the specs:

- 92 civic hatchback cx
- 94 jdm b18c1 (GSR) motor and tranny
motor/tranny had 30,000 miles on it when it was swapped in, probably
has
about 36,000 total now
new water pump, timing belt, and tensioner installed when the swap was
done
also had a new Exedy clutch installed during the swap
complete swap was done at Autolink Motorworks and Dr. Charles was the
mechanic
- new oem replacement radiator cap
- Ground Control coilovers
- KYB AGX adjustable struts/shocks for front and rear (just installed
during
the summer)
- front and rear strut bars
- full custom 2.25" exhaust piping (fit to the GSR header)
had a new CAT put in when I got the exhaust done
Magnaflow resonator and Magnaflow muffler
(SpeedWay muffler guarantees their work if there are any problems)
- front and rear gray GSR seats (came from a 97 GSR)
- new gray carpet
- jdm eg center console
- jdm eg amber clock
- Pioneer headunit (cd player)
- civic VX guage cluster with stock tachometer (the stock CX cluster
did not
have a tach, just the speedometer)
- Alpine alarm system with keyless entry and valet mode/option (under
lifetime warranty)
- 13" spare tire (if you want the donut spare instead, i could switch
it)

I also have, but is NOT installed (and will include if you want it):
- new Brembo front brake discs
- jdm eg leather wrapped steering wheel (non-abs)

The car sounds good and apparently only needs to have the valve cover gasket replaced, but i figure i can do that easily. It also needs a camber kit.

She is asking for $6,000. is this a good buy? let me know. thanks a lot.

hell yeah. if its in good shape, grab it. the swap alone would cost over half of that.
