04 Civic EX Horn stays on BLASTING
I had my car parked and the horn started blasting on its own
and would not turn off, so I unplugged the horn under the hood.
Can anyone assist me on how to repair this? I DO need a horn. I live in icy, snowy Alaska.

Find/use the wiring diagrams for your car...
(Check the top of the forum for listings)
Is this related to any alarm on the car?
Is there a short in the steering column?
Does the horn go thru a (stuck?) relay?
If you pull the horn fuse, does it still sound? (could be a short somewhere if so)
You said Alaska...
Did the weather change recently?
Could something have froze up?
