Default car stalling in colder weather

I have a stock 2000 civic lx 5speed 158000 miles. In colder weather (below 35 F) after I have driven 65mph+ for 15 miles or more it stalls out when I come to a stop. It will start right back up and idle fine until I move again and come to the next stop. It does not do this in warm weather or if I am only driving around town for short distances. Did this last year a little bit but worse this year. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe something with Oxygen sensor. Thanks.

Start by cleaning the idle air control valve. It may be getting stuck, this prevents air from being able to enter the engine to keep it idling.
