Two questions
I have a 94 civic eg and i got two questions for you guys. First my civic is lowered about 2 inches in the front and at around 70 75 mph my steering wheel will shake pretty bad. And im wondering what it is that causes that.
Second i have an alarm system that hasn't been working in a while, because of the crappy craftsmanship of the owner before me (he thought putting the siren next to the brake fluid facing the inner fender. So i took the siren and moved it to behind the front bumper grill and when i was in there the electrical tape connections that he put in there and whenever i plug the thing back in the siren constantly goes off and i can do anything about it.
Ik its not very detailed but i cant really remember what i thought was unplugged but i think it was the door open ground or something like that now I'm not that great with electrics the most Ive done is a custom fog light harness and a radio installation.

balance your wheels first, it's free if you bought your wheels and tires from discount.
if balance isn't it then check your tie rods, though in my experience tie rods caused steering play and not vibration, but i see how it can be possible

true, but the op noted that the steering wheel would shake at high speeds. when the level of vibration increases linearly with speed, then that indicates that the culprit should be imbalanced wheels/tires. however, if the op indicated that vibration coincided with road conditions, then i would also lean towards tie rods as the problem as you said.
