Default Need AC help

I have a 2007 Honda Civic Coupe. recently began having a problem with my AC that it is blowing warm air at idle. Anything over 1500 rpms or normal driving it blows cold air but as soon as you slow down or stop for a light it starts blowing warm air again. Compressor and clutch is engaged. Had freon checked at two different shops that told me freon was fine. Both fans are running and never cut off. Any suggestions before I bring it to dealership?

Did the shops remove the refrigerant and recharge it by weight (which is the ONLY way to be sure you have the right amount) or just look at the pressures?

Assuming properly charged, your situation usually means that the compressor is worn and can't build much pressure at low rpm any more. Replacing the condenser is also recommended because that's where the bits of metal that wore off of the moving parts in the compressor will end up.
