it was flashing when i was low on gas then i went last night to get some it went again and it starts flashing and then after a bit it just stays on.....i think we found that i have a plug wire going bad so that might be causing some of the trouble.I havent really noticed anything really wrong just kind of a stubborn idle and thats about it.

New set of wires of good quality should fix the misfiring. You don't want to drive much with a misfire because that puts raw gas thru your cat converter and the resulting overheating can burn it out. The others are probably benign. The "EVAP leakage" typically is just the gas tank cap, either not putting it back on all the way or having a bad seal on it.
