Hello Newbie here ;)
Hey everyone,
I recently bought a 95 honda civic ex VTEC lol. Theres a few problems with the car, which im working on. This car is going to be my canyon car, for which i'm going to run in canyons with. First im going to start with striping out everything i dont need in the car, back seats, carpet, black sticky stuff under the carpet, AC, windshield wiper fluid tank, etc... next im going to put in roll cage or roll bar, suspension work, turbo, and change whatever else i can to save weight. I hope you guys can help me along the way . Also ill try to be some help if i can to others
If you guys have any ideas on other things i can strip out please let me know thanks also do you guys have any suggestions on what i should do? Thanks

If you put in a roll cage, dont drive it without a helmet. You will split your skull open if you smack into it in a wreck. For the street you dont need a rollcage. That said, good luck and dont kill yourself with it. Post up some progress pics. We love that kinda thing here.
Seriously, we love that stuff. LOL

not that I assume you haven't thought about all this, but remember that Roll cages and harness can actually HURT you more if installed wrong. There was a super street mag that went fully through it and gave advice on it, so be careful. Welcome to the forum and I second the helmet. Also progress pics would be interesting. I used to run canyons in a del Sol. so I'm interested.
