New on here...
Hello everyone,
I am new on here & over time hope to find a lot of answers that I will come up with in time. I bought a used 1996 2 Dr. Civic DX. I am looking to clean it up a little to make it a commuter car on cold, wet & lazy days that I don't ride my motorcycle to work. I don't want to put a lot of miles on my 06 Honda Ridgeline.
So cleaning up the Civic is my main project to start with. I'll have questions as time goes by. Thanks to everyone for sharing their info, pics & experiences & to those who run this site.

Welcome! You've joined a really good forum full of very knowledgeable people.
A good way to clean up the engine bay is with some WD-40 and a rag. Removes dirt and leaves a protective oily surface. Safe on everything under the hood.
