My weekend detailing project.
 

So my boss has been getting into buying Classic cars now and having me detail them up and then he sells them. This one is a 1957 Fairlane that had been sitting for a few years. The paint was in serious need of some help and had zero shine. I would have brought my camera for a before and after shot but I didn't know until I got to work that I was going to be doing this car. Here are a few pics after 5-6 hours of buffing and a total of about 10 hours of time on her. ;)

He's got another one for me soon that he plans on selling at Barret Jacksons...will post before and after pics on that one.

I herd him say he wanted $25k to some old guy who was looking at it...not sure if he was serious though...he likes to joke around a lot. I did take one pic of the hood with my phone after I compounded one side of it but it's hard to really see anything. I didn't know I was going to be cleaning it when I went in on Saturday so I didn't have my digital. I finished it on Sunday so I brought the camera in then.

here is a pic from my phone....you can see the reflectin on the right side of the hood from the over head lights vs. on the left. Sorry such a crappy pic.[&o]
