you will be better off replacing hte axle than replacing the boot. THat boot is aroyal PITA to replace and your axle is already off the car...so I don't see why not.

 

well yeah it makes perfect sense what your saying, I just really dont have the money to replace it. I mean I think my friend told me one the boot went(well it already did) that the axel would go and then the car wouldnt drive... so maybe ill wait until the axel goes that way I can get as much out of this axel as possible?... lol im a very cheap guy(and no im not jewish)- no offense to jewish people intended

 

You don't want to wait until the axle goes...trust me on this one...

 

yeah I trust you....never want to wait until the worst things happen to fix a problem... then more **** happens and you kick yourself in the *** for not fixing the first one because then their are like 10 more on top

 

yep...the $60 for a tow is 2/3 of a new axle.

 

anything else I should know guys? cars are complex...

 

hey guys, when replacing the tranny fluid, how many quarts??? I see a quart of hondas recommended tranny fluid for 7$
