Are you talking about the crank pulley?

RE: d-series pulley

yeah the crank pulley because when ever i put pressure on it it cranks the engine over so is there some special way like an IMPACT GUN to get it off.

DON'T use an impact wrench. There's a couple ways to do it (one of them involves a special tool), but for the easiest one, all you need is a breaker bar. Put the socket/breaker bar on the crank nut, brace it against the frame or the ground or part of the suspension, and crank the engine for AS LITTLE TIME AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN (basically, just turn the key to start really fast and let it off). This will cause the engine's rotation to turn against the breaker bar and break the bolt loose. Make sure you brace the breaker bar the right way. Immediately after this, set the engine to TDC from the cam gear and check the crank mark. Then you will be able to take off the TB or whatever else you're planning to do.

And if you're afraid the car will start, you can always pull the coil wire to make sure it won't.

i wouldnt recommend that pulley. sorry, i know this is a little late, but replacing the stock pulley will kill your main bearings and main seal.

There's a damn good reason the stock one is so forkin' heavy...;)
