i can see how you would get that. i really dont think aluminum would make enough of a difference to make it worth the effort. welding aluminum is very difficult. i have tried many times and i can make a nice looking weld i would trust it to sell to someone. once i get my own tig welder i will start using aluminum for some things after i have loads of practice but for now all parts will be made of steel or carbon fiber. and before i get a million PM's abuot making somethign out of carbon fiber, that isnt something i am jumping into very hard right now. it is too time consuming for me doing night and weekend work so only the things on the website will be available. i will be taking suggestions soon though.

i hope by the end of the month to have some rear lower control arms available, any interest in those?

yea, the website is only 5 days old and i am no web designer, so it will get better. i promise. if you could make a website out of metal it would be awesome, but my computer skills arent like my metal fab skills. lol

i cant remember the name of the welder but i have the info stored somwhere. lol

also, in the works are intakes with t-bolt clamps rather than standard hose clamps. should be less than $100 depending on the deal i can get on filters. if you wnt to get your own filter then the price will be very cheap.

please excuse my skatter brain tonight(its almost 2am lol) but also shooting for the end of this month are "b" pillar bars for stiffness and a place to mount your shoulder harness. i am considering floor bars that run behind the back seat, but i am still unsure on how much good that will do. i will try it out on my own car 1st and then we will see. if i can get a hatchback here sometime then i can make "c" pillar bars for those too. if anyone wants a really good deal on something drop your car off here for the weekend and cover the cost of materials and i will make something that i dont have a model for already. i have eg and ek coupes here and also a 95 m3. so if you have somethign else and can get it herelet me know

installs are also offered for people that are in the area. custom turbo kits and things like that. i have a laptop with uberdata and crome and should have a wideband here by the end of september

its at my house in palatka FL. all of the paint work is done where i work in a real paint booth after hours. i have been a professional painter for 6-7 years

once this goes full time i will be getting a dedicated shop and i will include a paint booth. and the shop will be somewhere between jacksonville, st. augustine and palatka

Its all about practice, and wrist control. Everyone has problems with it when they start out. Just spend about 3 months practicing an hour a day and you will be laying beads that Vulcan himself would be proud of.

Oh yeah, and from experience, if you try to weld with your gas turned off, it doesn't matter how hard you try, the weld will not be worth a damn. ROFL I did that just a few weeks ago. LOL
