hell ya!!!!!! they should at least put the purchase price towards a new/different alternator!

you bought it from them and they should some how warentee that original purchase!

if all else fails.... ACT A DAM FOOL ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!

 

Don't let it go. I had an electrical part (blower resistor) that went out be cause the blower fan cage was out of balance. I had bought both parts from NAPA and they said the cage had a one year warranty, but they "thought" the resistor only had 90 days because most electrical parts only had 90 days. They said they couldn't find out. I got on the phone and called NAPA national and they said it was covered under one year warranty. I returned the parts and since I had bought new parts out of town, they gave me credit on the card I had used to purchase them. Fon't just let it go.
