Ok they are all crap. Spend the money on a good amplifier. Infinity, MTX, others will give more brand names.

JBL

no. JBL is for home and non mobile audio. They are c/b- grade car audio

Directed Audio,Phoenix Gold, JL, Alpine. for your amps.

DC... I gotta bang heads with you there. JBL isnt c/b grade. JBL is actually one of the only f'n manfacturers that whip out stuff that will take a serious beating and they are a bang for the buck. I went thru 2 kicker VR's within a year like paper in the wind. I bought a single 12" JBL gto for $100 when I was green and guess what... I STILL GOT IT AND IT STILL LIVES ON. I also have had experience with their amps too. They are one of the few that doesnt draw as much power and puts out hella good and most important, smooth and clean. As for the alpine speakers and amps...[:'(]. In fact Alpine is great but for the buck its sorta like buying an Escalade, nothing but a suburban with an analog clock, a caddy logo and a sorry bose system.

My 2 cents

^ Totaly. I love my JBL amps... had them for years and can't bust em. Got both the 600 watt mono and 180x2 stereo amp for under $150 a piece too.
