Wow that is confusing... so you want HALOs? They are called Halo Projector Headlights because they Have a halo around the projector housing that looks like a big glass ball. The first ones are HALO projectors and the second ones are just projector headlights and no halo.

And what do you mean "they're halogen"? Those are just the housing, they dont light up unless you put a light bulb in them. The halo is LED... like a tiny blue or amber bulb that makes a circle, thats it. Most headlights in the world are halogen filament bulbs and they are yellow. If you are thinking HIDs those are xenon gas that glows very bright. If you put HID bulbs in projector headlights you will have a better visibility on the road.... here is a demo for you...

And I think you should get headlights from a more reputable company like EagleEye or AnzoUsa, though...

These are Halo Projector Headlights... they have a blue halo andturn signals but emit no actual light.

These are Halo Projector Headlights with an HID kit... they are lightbulbs and are very bright... not just lightbulbs, they have a special ballast that charges up the bulbs because they use a different amount of power.

I've noticed in the pictures of projector housings that are for sale, besides the parking light/signal light, and main light area, there is a 3rd one but it has a small bulb in it on the picture. Is this a daytime running light? Here's the housings: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-00...ayphotohosting
