RE: halo headlights
I got them on my civic. They look great especially on black civic. They have these angel eyes which I connected it throu the switch to my battery so I can turn them on at night. It looks cool and woun't drain your battery even if you leave them on over night. And it is unbelievable how many people will go up to you and tell you that your lights are on.

The only problem I had with mine is that right one is leaking and I have to reseal it. Just dont have time to mess with it. But definatly get those they look nice and really good deal I paid way more for mine.

RE: halo headlights
One of my friends bought a set simmilar to the units you are looking at and they were fine for about 6 months. then the halos packed up and as the units are sealed they would be a nightmare to strip down. Try and get a waranty with items like this.

RE: halo headlights
The units are indeed apain to service. If the LEDs inside burn out (and you cannot return them) then they can be opened up by softening the sealant with a heat gun or oven and then prying them apart. From there it is just a matter of removing the dead LED(s) and soldering in new ones, then reassembling the lights.
Coupla details:
(1) Make sure the light output/hue of your replacement LEDs is similar to the originals or else you'll get some goofy-looking results. You could always replace ALL the LEDs at once (with good quality/brighter ones).
(2) LEDs don't like being wired backwards. Be sure you know which leg of the LED is + and which is -.
(3) While the units are apart you can increase the glow effect a bit by applying white reflective tape to the backside of the halo rings.
(4) A leaking light will generally lead to a blown LED....usually right around where the moiture is collecting.
(5) You don't need to split open a leaking light; just remove the light from the car and gently (carefully) heat it up with a heat gun. The heat will drive any built-up moisture out of the (open) turn-signal bulb hole. Once the inside is dry and the light has cooled you can run a thin bead of sealant around the outside seam of the light to stop new leaks from occuring.

RE: halo headlights
I just got mine installed. I was wondering if it would be ok to leave the angel eyes, glow gauges, and glow pedals on because they are all connected to the same switch. Would that drain my battery? They are connected to my headlight switch, i think it is the accesory switch.
