Default 93 Civic Wiring Question

Just bought a 93 civic recently and was swapping out a few fuses in the car (under the dash) and found a connector just hanging there and not sure where its supposed to be plugged into. Im added a pic so maybe looking at it someone would be able to help. Its just hanging in front of the fuse box under the dash. It looks like a head unit plug in but its working perfect.

You have any better pictures? A higher resolution would help a bunch...and name the wire colors for them too..

I'll get a better pic in the morning its dark out now so i'd be just as bad.
Color wise from (left to right looking at it) dark orange/redish, orange, 2 yellows, purple, blue, green, brown, light blue, white, orange. 12 or 13 wires total, I'll go out and check again as well.

That could be posible, nothing electrical is affected by it not being plugged in (besides the clock reseting every time car is turned off)

To me it looks pretty foreign from the pic you posted. See how the wires are connected on the other ends. If it's shrinkwrap than that'll support my theory

The clock runs off the BACK UP fuse under the hood, if that is blown it will reset every time you turn the key off like you have. That circuit also goes to the stock radio, someone may have done some unconventional wiring of the radio causing the fuse to blow.
