Default Alarm Sensitivity

The previous of my owner installed an alarm and it is very sensitive. The slightest wind sets it off, he told me it has 7 sensors all over the car. If you touch the hood or hatch, opens doors or hood it goes off.
I was just wondering how I could tune down the sensitivity of the alarm because it's a pain when it goes off for no reason. I would like to set it for if only something opens the alarm goes off, like doors, hood, hatch. Or possibly just tone down the touchiness of the hood and hatch.
Any ideas?
Here's a link to the alarm.

Ok, there will be a little box under your dash where the alarm harness. The little box will have a little **** thing that you most likly have to move with a screw driver and there will be numbers around it. Just move the **** down to a lower number. Most alarms are like this, some you have to do it by your remote like mine, but you will need the instructions to tell you how to do it. I have mine set half way.
