Default ALARM SYSTEM QUESTION

WASSUP EVERYONE. I HAVE A QUESTION REGARDING AN ALARM SYSTEM FOR MY 2006 HONDA CIVIC COUPE LX. MY FIRST QUESTION IS IF I WERE TO GET AN ALARM SYSTEM INSTALLED, WOULD IT MESS WITH A LOW-JACK SYSTEM ALREADY INSTALLED?? MY SECOND QUESTION IS IF ANYONE KNOWS IF I WERE TO GET A REMOTE START SYSTEM INSTALLED, WILL MY WARRANTIES STILL BE VALID? THANKS A LOT. PEACE!!

check your local audio shop. do you already have a system? viper is a very good name to look into if you don't.

First and foremost......a remote start WILL NOT void your warranty. The car dealership ***** will scare the p1ss out of you trying to tell you it will. This is false. Next: If you plan on doing an alarm as well have them done at the same time. This will save you from having to possibly having to carry two remotes or the remote start from possibly falsing the alarm. When you do a combo unit it is one brain that works together and in harmony. Also if you have a standard, some places will not do them. If this is the case find an AUTHORIZED Compustar dealer...not only are they one of the leading brands in the industry, along with viper, but they make a unit that is capable of up to 1.25 miles of range in a Two-way paging unit. Just my advice though. CHeck for yourself and see what works best for you. I install this stuff all day and can tell you from an installers point of view that it saves me time and you money!!!!
