Default Alpine 5 channel amps!?!

hey guys!

its school holidays again and i am planning to modify my civic some more. Currently, i am running JVC 6.5 inch and alpine type S 6x9 speakers in the rear powered by a panasonic C5400W head deck.

i really need advice about getting amps and sub. i am thinking about getting an 5 channel alpine amp from EBay: Alpine 5 channel. i want a 5 channel because it will be able to drive all 4 speakers + sub and save me boot space.

has anyone used an alpine 5 channel amp before? i hear they are quite good. Will it be enough to power a 15 inch sub? or just a 12 inch (thinking alpine type s 12inch atm)... is the sound quality as good as running 2 seperate amps?

anyways your comments will be greatly appriciated!

cheers,

Mr.Rocafella

This is a very good amp. Alpine has very good products. now when you wire the thing if you bought it. When you wire it you must wire it correctly for it to its job correctly. How many watts is amplifiersgoing to put out. how many amps will the thing draw. how many amps will your alternator put out. these are things you really need toconsider before buting such a large item. I cannot remembe what equation to use to figure out the draw. call a car radio store and they can give you the equation, if you can find a geek
