I have a 2000 Ex At, my question is will I have to upgrade my alternator If I install the system I have been purchasing little by little lately. My setup will be 1 W7 , Jl audio 1000 watt amp, Jensen head unit, Jl audio 300 watt amp for the6x9 and door speakers, and an Optima yellow orredbattery so I'llbe running two batteries. I don't want my car too die will this be ok or will I need more?

 

You don't HAVE to, but I highly highly suggest a better alternator, you will definitely be straining it, straining your amp, and even losing sound quality
