Well im thinking the higher end JL's (http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs.php?series_id=9) or the Kenwoods. They have focal but there extremely expensive. I dont need THAT good. They may have some infinity but I dont recall much. I do have all inifinty speakers in the car but Iread several places there subs where not as good. Looks like I have some reading to do.

Kenwood's top of the line doesn't even come close to the w7 or w6v2 from JL. If you have the money get JL or RE

Dude where ever you read that Infinity subs weren't that good were either complete morons or didn't care about SQ and were just looking for something to rattle the hell outta thier trunk.

Yea, for the money, JL tends to make great soup bowls, paper weights, door stops, they even can be used as booster seats for your kids at the dinner table or mini stools.

Kenwood = eh.

Infinity = good.

If you can install them yourself shoot me a PM and I'll fill ya in on how to get Infinty stuff really really cheap from an authorized dealer.

I got my Perfect 12.1 sub for $114
and Perfect 6.1's ($600+) for $220

Thanks guys. Ive narrowed it down to Infinity or JL audio. I am going to go back to the store tomorow and see what lines they have and come back and do some research and probably post here again.

Thanks
Jeff

How are JL 12W1v2's? Here in Canada they are $199 each + a box would run me about $550. Any idea how that would sound? Also what kinda of box would you recommend sealed or ported?

Thanks
Jeff
