From the fuse to the blinker relay to the hazard (4 way) blinker switch to the turn signal lever to the bulbs. Most likely scenario is the fuse blown, though that usually happens for a reason you'd then need to find. Quite possible for every single bulb to be burnt out, wrong type of bulb installed, etc. Check that the hazard switch is plugged in, common to forget it after taking the dash apart. If it's not plugged in, the turn signal lever won't make them blink either. If the bulbs light up but don't blink, that's going to be the blinker relay.

Mk has you covered pretty well.

Do the hazards work?

Check 10A fuse 15 under the dash if only the blinkers don't work.
