Cant load cd's on Special edition radio

Cant load cd's on Special edition radio

When i push LOAD it just keep saying "BUSY" on the screen and it does not disappear unless i take out the key. It wont let me load cd's but the radio works perfectly. Need some help in this.

Are you sure they all fit in the dash?.. Maybe check the trunk for a changer.
