Dont make one and dont buy one they are junk, a waste of money, and dont fix/help ****. Do the big 3 because your only running that 400 watt Alpine amp and man it dont take hardly any juice to run it. I had a 98 civic with nothing but a optima redtop and I ran around 1600 watts rms/constant power with peaks of around 2500 watts and I never had a problem.

agreed. do the big 3 or even just part of the big 3. I wouldn't ghetto rig a cap. I've got one running to each of my amps right now. I also have the first 2 of the big 3 done. The caps were cheap and looked good with my setup so that's why I put them in. I'f you're having dimming problems just start out by Upgrading the ground wire from the battery. I've got 2 1 guage wires coming off mine from a Stinger Bat terminal. Did wonders for my issues. Ghetto riging and stereo can only lead to expensive problems down the road.

Google search "big 3" or go to sounddomain forums for a how to on the big 3. That'll help you out. There's lots of things you could do. Are you having an electrical issue? Post that up and maybe we'll be able to give you better guidance as to how to fix the problem.

i'd upgrade your alternater, it makes your batter last much longer and you might not need to upgrade you battery.
