Default CUSTOM TRUNK FINISHED..build up pics

well..fiberglassing is ALOT of work, and i didnt paint it because it would of took to long and i dident have the proper sander, i coverd it in a swade materal.this project took about a month and a half sometimes working all day on it also going to school and work..my buddy helped me though the process since this was the first time i did fiberglassing and it was alot of money for materals..well hope you all like it, i just wanted to make a clean set up,and have some room, floor it all sound proofed and amp is flush with the floor which was REALLY hard to do

looks good. i just seen where u put the ones up of it in your car. that is a very clean looking trunk...id be VERY proud about that. and how much do you think it set you back? besides all of the time, obviously...but its worth it.

humm i would probably have to get all the recpets for the materals and such, but about $300.00 (canadian)

Lookin good, congrats. You should have painted it white since ur car is white.

wow, not bad. I see the subs are not in comp[lete unison. However, fiber glass is a mother frucker to work with so I still give you an almond joy for that.

i gotta say damn good job mill$civic. that takes talent to do that with fiberglass. putting in the time to do a project like that sucks. but the reward in return outweighs that. i know if i was capable of doing anything like that i would definetly be proud of myself. if you can do that you could probably make a fiberglass dash and center console.

looks good budz, I would have went with MDF for the floor as well though. Looks like you cut out the speaker rings after wrapping and resin.
