if i install a aftermarket cd player will i need a dash kit?

 

you bet, but its really easy i did my own deck and im sixteen. i got mine from my local shop like 10 bucks.

 

Do you mean the metal frame thingy that holds the player in? Then yes, you do. Unless, you want it to pop out every time you hit the gas. It's pretty darn easy, have fun, good luck!

 

how do you remove the factory fitted cd player and face from dash of a 2003 civic??? My local garrage told me its a hell of a lot work

 

^ the newer the cars are the harder it is to remove the factory radio

 

get a a hanyes manuel or im sure theres a diy online somewhere

 

I will invest in haynes when i got some change but at the moment im broke. SO please if you could kinda of explain what needs to be done to remove factory i will be a big big help. I have removed alot of stereos so all i need to kno is how to remove this 1 i kno about wiring and how to sort out after market one

 

if you buy the dash kit they typically will have directions in them too

 

wat does the dash kit consist off???? and also where can i get the kit from??
