I need to get all the trim pieces out of the trunk of my ek hatch to dynamat it, and I need to take the piece of plastic that the license plate goes on off as well to dynamat. anyone know how to get everything off? thanks

 

They're pretty much all held in with clips and screws. Not sure about the license plate though.

I took fun foam and put it behind my license plate, works fine lol. The trunk latch rattle more than drowns out the license plate.

Also i would buy this stuff instead of dynamat:
