On the 01-03 Honda civic do any models come stock with fog lights?!?!?!

no. although you could have honda install the option for you. i know the price of the lights themselves w/ installation is roughly $500...

Yeah you can get the fogs for like $200 and then install them yourself. may take a while and be a pain in the *** but alot cheeper

doug: buy from ebay and install it yourself. it's not the easiest install because there's like 60 steps in the instructions but it's definitely worth it, and very rewarding in the end... not to mention its a LOT LOT cheapter

I work at a car dealership, I can probally have one of the mechanics help me, I don't know jack about wireing and fabrication of any sort.

when i seen the instructions on the internet, it made me afraid haha it may be because im 17 and dont know alot about wiring stuff like that. it would probly be worth it if i could do it right though, i would love to get fog lights
