H4 pure blue luminic bulbs??

Can I purchase just the bulb or do I have to purchase the wire harness too make sure it wont melt or short anything on the car with the stock wires?? bulb size is 9006 rite for a 2000 Si

You don't have the get wire harness because they're pretty much stock watt. Wrong, you'll need H4 (9003). I have them and my 99 Si right know and I love it, it looks really cool along with my JDM yellow bulb fogs
