Default Head Unit Question

Well im no master electronics specialist thats for sure. The only things ive done are installed everything on my old car. Im not to bright when it comes to how things would work expecially when it comes to lcds displayes with cd players and stuff like that. So heres my question I have an 02 civic EX and its go one spot for the regular cd player in the dash and another spot below where my disk changer is. I was wondering if the setup for sale in the link below would work for this. Also would it look like ***. How would everything connect? Would it be hard to do for some one who has basic knowledge on installing head units? Would it fit right? I asked the guys who sell it and they said they send you everything you need to install it. What im iffy on especcialy is the fitting and the brackets and how it would look. Also is this an ok product for somone who doesnt wanna go all out and spend $700 on about the same thing. Better compared to stock?

It should fit well. They are both 2 DINs so it should work out well.

I have a single din flip pioneer and I like it for the most part. Only problem is when my subs hit, it shakes my screen. Scares me just a little bit. So if I could go back and do it all over again, I would get a double din eclipse, or the pioneer Avic Z1

this might be a dumb question, but what do people use the TFT screens for? I mean, I understand the people in vans/suvs that have them on the back of headrests so people in the back can watch TV/DVDs... but I could never understand why people have them in the dashboard / or in the flip down visors...
