Yup! It's actually very easy! First, to get the back speakers out, you're going to have to get in the trunk. There are two screws I believe holding the speaker covers on. get back in the car and pull the covers off. Next, there's just the four screws on the top side of the speaker holding it in there.

For the head unit, do you have a stock one or an aftermarket one that you want to change out? If you have an aftermarket one, then you should be able to take off the faceplate, then pop off the plastic trim ring that goes around the stereo. Go to a local stereo shop and they should have some "keys" there, and you slide those keys into these slots on the sides of the stereo. This pushes the clips back and you can pull it straight out. I think that the stock stereo is similar, and if you still have the stock stereo, then just let me know and I'll look it up in my chilton guide thing. Actually, I reccommend that everyone who works on their car should get one because it kinda gives ya an idea of what to do. Mine has helped me out quite a bit actually.

I wish that the speaker removal was that easy for a 96 Coupe, as i have to remove the interior side panels to get to remove the rear deck...
