Default How to mount an amp on 93 hb rear seat

I was going to install my 300/4 JL audio amp under my passenger seat, but it didn't fit because it was on a piece of plywood. I was going to glue the plywood to the floorboard and then mount the amp onto the plywood. I do not want to drill holes in the floorboard to mount the amp. So I guess my next option is to mount the amp onto the back of the civic hb seat. If anyone has any experience with mounting an amp to the rear seat of 92-95 hb let me know. I don't see anything I can really mount the amp onto. Is there a metal beam inside the seat that I can screw into? Is there any pics online for this install? I searched and could not find anything relating to installion of an amp for the civic hb.
