you basically gotta take the whole rear interior out to get it out man. yougotta take out the seats, take the rear side panels off, roof pilars, then push some tabs up and lift it out. it REALLY sucks, it took me and my friend like 4 hours to get it out, it was horrible.

I was able to do it without taking out the rear seats, but I was lucky to not break any panels. You will definately need to take off the entire rear panel along with all the plastic on both sides. You will need to be inside the car to pull the plastic and inside the trunk to pop some tabs. Then you have the fun of getting the stock speakers out. It's definately a project for a LONG afternoon. I'd recommend having plenty of time and noting the order which you dismantled the pieces. You have to use a good bit of force to get some of the panels off, but also be careful to look for anything still holding the pieces down. It takes a lot of time and a lot of patience. Good luck!
