Default Just replaced alternator, now radio and power locks won't work?

I have a '99 Civic that had been sitting for almost a year before I had finally gotten around to working on it. Prior to that, it wasn't keeping a charge very well. When I got around to working on it, I replaced the battery after it wouldn't turn over. After starting it with the new battery, the alternator seized up. I replaced the alternator and a fried belt. Car runs fine now, but the radio won't turn on and the power locks don't work. I checked all the fuses in the fuse box and they looked fine. Any suggestions on how I may fix these problems? Thanks.

Mods, sorry, but I just realized I may have posted in the wrong section, as this should have probably gone in the General Tech section. Please feel free to move it there. Thanks.
