I bought this Civic used a little bit ago, and 03 LX sedan, and I was given no remotes. Is their a way I can tell if it had factory keyless? Or should I just get an aftermarket kit by dei or someone?

You should jsut go with an aftermarket one. we do all DEI product at our shop and I can do a Keyless installed in that car for $125.00 they will charge you $60 a remote to program the ones at honda and i do not even know the price of the remotes.
