Default keyless entry help

I have a '97 civic ex that I put a little system in and had problems with the keyless entry. After some research I found that the entry works through the factory radio, no big deal since the factory radio is still in the dash. I have my Eclipse head unit mounted where the factory satelite cd player was located, so I got another plug and powered the factory unit back up. Both the green plugs and the white power plug are hooked up to it now and my remote will unlock, sound the horn, and turn on interior light but it will not lock the doors. Does anyone know what could be the problem now?

Are you able to you lock the doors with the switch on the driver's door? If so, check the Grn/Wht wire that runs between the keyless control unit in the radio the door lock control unit in the driver's door.
