keyless entry installation

Default keyless entry installation

does anyone know where the location of the wires i need to connect to are located? pics would be great. or the location of factory keyless entry module. i bought a keyless entry off ebay and will attempt to install myself. i have a haynes manual with the wire diagrams but don't know from where everything starts. 98 civic lx with power locks and windows

is this a OEM keyless entry or aftermarket unit? if a aftermarket unit its ALOT easier to instal..... i prefere aftermarket keyless entry systems...

this is aftermarket. i have hooked the power and ground now i have to find out which wires to connect to

This car is straight forward... I tied to post a tech sheet for your car but it posted up a MILE LONG......

now say if i connected to to the green/white -lock and green/orange - unlock to the correct wires and when i hit the unlock on the remote will it unlock just the drivers side or all? and is it as easy as it seems to just connect to those wires?

ok i got it. what wires are the parking lights and the horn
