As for the HID's, my friend just got some and they are NIIIIIICE... But for my car, I opted for the angel eyes, which in my mind are worth it more so than the HID's (which the HID's come at a higher price I believe too) but I'll install those and see how it goes. Apparently the angel eyes I'm getting use two bulbs opposed to one, and I'm getting hyper-white bulbs or hyper-blue whichever, to replace the stock bulbs. They aren't quite as bright as the HID's, but they're good enough for me (and I have the dual angel eyes going on too!) but that's just me, I like a balance of brightness and looks and price. The HID's are sweet too though... Although they range up to $600...yikes...I would want to punch someone if that even got scratched!

And for the LED's, I say go for it! It shouldn't be too hard to do, and it would provide you with a nice little something to do. I don't know how evenly the light will disperse, so I would try to get an acrylic clear rod from a curtain (you can probably find one at the hardware store if not somewhere else) and cut out a slot in each end to place an LED light so that they're facing into the rod. Just mount that under the dash and wire them up. I think that should give off a pretty nice glow, and if not, then put another two in the center facing each end of the rod. I would wire them up to a switch too because you probably don't want to have them on whenever your car or lights are on. (cops could get mad too!)

ok..its kinda hard to explane it because i was showen how to do it..but i made a little diagram, l.e.d positive wire goes to a switch, the poitive wire from the switch goes to a fuse holder with a .5Amp fuse, then when the wire comes out the the fuse holder hook it up to a 12V source like the battery, but you can splice it into any 12v like your dimmer for your lights..the black wire for your l.e.ds is ground, hook it up to a piece of metel..the wire that you want to buy can be like 16gauge, dosent matter..any skinny wire will work...hope this helps, its a little confusing if your new to it
