Well I was looking for an approximate, not really exact.

FYI too much extra affects sound slightly, costs more, and is unnecessary. The longer the wire, the higher the resistance.

 

well unless you where doing a EXTREME SQ system youd never know!

but like i said if its realy such a big deal to you and ya got the car just run some string or fishen line to exactly where you want the amp mounted and give it another 2ft extra for any extra routing it could posibly have to do.

Yeah... I was actually wondering this myself.

I wanted to hook up the RCA and remote on wires when I put my new head unit in. I'm gonna put in an amp and sub eventually but I'd like to spend the money on the wires now and start running things while I have the dash open.

I was planning on getting about 16 feet.
