Default light action (even more pictures!)

ok so i am gonna buy a cathode kit and of the prewired LEDS from oznium.com now for the cathode kit i know i can go straight to the fusebox as the power source. but as for the LEDS i dont have 4 extra fuse slots for those. can i use the cigaratte light as a power source because the leds are going into my vents and the cathodes are going down underneath my dashboard.

how do i wire them up? is the fuse box the right amount of power for the cathode kit?

Look in the DIY section for the one I did on wiring. Read it, then come back here if your still lost.

wow thank you a ton windcalmer that was pretty much exactly what i needed. so is it virtually the same if i use an empty fuse slot on my fuse box? also are the cathodes and leds really bright? are they too bright to drive with at night?

So exaclty how bright are these things? lol
I just purchased a 12" kit, with about 8 LED'S to put in the air vents and stuff.
Hopefully the 12" kit will be good enough to light up the floor on each side of the front....

The 12 inch kit will be fine for the foot wells. It is really bright, but not so bright you can't see anything at night i actually have a 12 inch cathod and a 12 inch neon under each well, and mines like perfect, not to brioght and not dim at all.

Not if you're running a cathod kit, no. It comes with a transformer. and the prewireds already have them wired in.
