Me and a buddy of mine just put a pair of RF P2s in his F-150. They sound awesome and pound to the point where it physicly hurts to be in his truck.

ORIGINAL: Kappa22

Still no better combination of clean sound and volume than a Kappa Perfect for the price (or within several hundred dollars).
I know alot of subs that would sound better and are certainly louder then the kappa perfect(even VQ) for less then $400

I once again agree, the infinity subs are good quality speakers but there are far better out there. I for one would take a Image Dynamics IDQ over a Infinity VQ

Elemental Designs, god-like SQ and very loud, great prices [sm=grinangel.gif]

oh yeah, and it doesn't matter how great of a sub you get, if it is not in the right enclosure, it won't perform. Box, wiring, and power are the most important factors.

Double ugh

Wiring? Crap, I'll use coat hangers to run from my amp to sub and it'll sound better than 95% of the setups out there.

bwahahaha! Whats sad is that its true. Wiring doesnt really step in unless you are running really high power, high quality stuff. ONLY then there will be a difference. For example, that crap at best buy called "Monster Cable". Pu-lease. Ill go to lowes instead ad get lamp cord. Not as pretty but will do the job at the same level.

^ That was excluding wire size.
