infinity does make headunits that i am aware of. i'd get an alpine or kenwood if i were you. alpine is just easier to operate and i have the 9855 which is top of the line and love it. i wouldnt have anything else.

infinity does not make head units. they are associated with JBL and jbl is out there strictly for speakers and amplifiers. i personally like alpine and clarion they are both very good

yah dude alpine was rated NUMER one, clarion was number 3. dude some clarion models have a usb port on the front were u can get an external harddrive and put it in so u can have songs on the external hard drive they are sweet. and others have hard drives built in so wen u are listening to a song u can hit record oin the head unit so u can ahve it saved on the head unit!

i saw some HU like you were talking about kman. with the usb port. they dont cost too much and their nice.

i was thinking of this JVC KD-G720 (didnt find a clarion one. probably check the clarion site)

or this Pioneer DEH-P4800MP

what do you guys think of these?

kenwood makes some nice stuff...all i use in my truck. but they dont hold a light to alpine...alpine makes one of, if not THE, best headunits on the market. clarion makes a good HU too. the higher end pioneer's are ok. any sony car audio sucks donkey *****, avoid it like the plague. dont know if fosgate still makes headunits or not, but i didnt like them either. they need to stick to speakers and amps.
