lol..all summer? whew. well yours is more detailed then mine to. I wanted to keep a little trunk space for my amp rack. but it took my eh...4 hours maybe? I didnt draw anything out or nothing. just a tap measure, and my wood shop lol
Yeah, I worked between 40-60hrs a week and didn't have much time to work on it, that and I got lazy half way through the install. lol I took my time and did everything right. It woulda been nice if I had my own wood shop, I had to use my neighbor's and he had to be there everytime I used it, so it was hard to find time. My boxes are notched at the back so my hinges can come down, it's right at the lowest recommended box volume for those subs, then I just stuffed with cotton.

well are you talking about lighting up the sides of the plexiglass.... or lighting up the face of the plexiglass?
the corners are realy easy to lite up..... but to lite up the face you need to sand or frost the glass so it picks up the light....

well the ones ive seen have used a unseen side and drill holes in the side thickness part and glue in the leds into the holes..

i think you could also stick a cold cathode tube under the plexiglass and simply glue it to the plexiglass and put some tape over it so all the light is focused into the plexiglass..... that should light up the plexiglass realy good... just try a few things out...
